Basic Consulting:

• The following consists of 10 hours of consulting including research
• Concepts and Strategies Planning
• Budgeting/Cost Analysis
• Plan of Action/Timeline

With so many options in the spa industry it can be a bit overwhelming. From location, themes, treatments and decor we will help you project your unique concept into a workable plan and get you focused on making that plan a reality.

Beyond the Basics:

Prices vary based on specific need, size and duration of time on the project.

Basic Consulting:

• The following takes place over a minimum of two meeting over a one week to one month time period depending on the facility
• A walk through of facility and discussion of goals/issues/plans (2-3 hours)
• Plan of action based on some immediate cost effective ways to begin achieving some short and long term goals
• Walk through (#2): An observance of your daily flow of business (3-5 hours). Pinpointing any operational issues as well as solutions
• Review of initial plan of action
• Create an operational plan of action

Beyond the Basics:

Though you are already in business and may feel you know what your issues are however we highly recommend completing a basic consulting session prior to what you may think are your issues. It is our goal to leave you with a well balanced facility that will grow in every possible way.
