Summer 2006 :Our spa features will always include highlights of our trip journal such as where we stayed, what we ate the the activities we experienced. So you won't just get the skinny on the spa you'll also get an idea of some of the best vacation itineraries.

Destination: South Beach Miami, Florida

3 Days lots of action

Where: National Hotel 1677 Collins, next door to the Delano, the beach is your backyard and the pool, you've gotta see for yourself.

Eats: Grillfish 1444 Collins, this has got to be the best kept secret on a popular street, great service , great food, great price. And the name says it all, grill-fish, all kinds and very fresh.

Nightlife: Rumi 330 Lincoln okay this is a restaurant that turns into a club but as a restaurant whoa mama they do the dang thing. This was the perfect spot for great food that turns into the in crowd. Get there when they open and eat slow. I left the big name trendy stuff to the kiddies and hung out with the big boys in the semi private, velvet rope, intimate place.

Spa Goal: Agua at Delano

If you can get someone to answer the phone at agua you might want to play the lotto cause you'll win. I suggest you walk over because the Delano Hotel is like heaven. I lost my mind walking around thinking "this can't be real"it's so beautiful, am I in a movie?. I did eventually make it to the spa which is located in the penthouse. The ladies gave me a tour. You can't even imagine the paradise that awaits between the white sheets used for walls..I took a deep breath and made beauty my reality. I scheduled a massage and body scrub with Bruce who made me feel extremely comfortable. I lounged between treatments in these big beautiful fluffy white chairs as I sipped on tea with citrus essence..Okay I'm back from the flowery spa talk. Everything about this place was perfect, now it's not for the amateur spa goer you need experience to swim with the sheets for wall, low conversation spa when they say no talking they mean it.
